IT’S SO EASY TO SLIP FROM REST → ROT! Wow. People now have equated rest to rotting when in reality it just numbs them. Feeds their minds with junk. Overwhelms them. Exposes them to comparison tendencies, insecurities, and feeling behind. What’s so restful about that? Maybe that’s why people don’t feel rested. It’s cause they do it with screens.
