Transcendence of a Productivity Addict

I swung to the opposite end of the spectrum of doing the bare minimum that I could to stay alive, not planning my weeks, not planning for the future. I stopped measuring myself against the ruler of productivity. I let go of the idea of productivity and I could feel my entire body exhale a sigh of relief.
