To move toward fully living
But for each individual it seemed to be a learning to let go and meet life in a fuller way, moment to moment, the living of life a breath at a time.
“seeing it then losing it” is built right into the path itself, part of the inherent challenge of living at the intersection of two worlds. You’re in the groove for a while, then you fall out of it.
Losing the illusion of permanence means that you will accept your losses. It means that you will become well acquainted with sorrow. It also means that you will realize the infinite sources of healing and joy that are available to an open heart.
In this process, you’re starting to learn that part of building a life you really want isn’t just controlling the inputs and outcomes, but also surrendering to possibilities so good, you might not have thought to ask for them.
