Almost always our attention, or knowing, is fixed on an object, which includes the felt sense of I am separate. For a moment, stop attending to any object in particular, and know that you are, know that you exist, here and now, not as a body-mind, not as a conscious center in a body, not as a feeling in a body, but simply—knowing.

the more you will see the value in it, and the less you will be interested in falling for all the ignorance of culturally created thought. It is living the way of freedom, instead of the way of ignorance and bondage.

If there is fear, it means there is the recognition, which is good. There is nothing to do. If the fear pulls you back, it pulls you back. So then, just recognize it again, and again, and again…

Yes, that’s perfect. That’s freedom because you can’t control what comes and goes. So, who cares what comes and goes?

You don’t do surrender, like surrendering as a doership, but you’re reconciled with what is.

This work is about knowing what’s true—past and future are not actual. The more you’re convinced of that, the less you suffer.

You have been believing your whole life that the mind is true and is everything. It is the god you have been worshipping, but now, you see it’s not true. When you have a holiday, in that moment, the switch of belief is turned off, and there is no more power going to story.

Within any appearance, is imbued the knowing of it. The knowing aspect of you never changes regardless of what’s appearing, just as the water of ocean doesn’t change when waves appear.

The more you value truth, the less thoughts will be able to overpower you.
