The User Story is the User Experience

Designing products that address fundamental user problems is what UX and product design have always meant to me. We ought to think of usable and useful products as providing the most of what user experience entails; foremost of all, meeting user needs. Because of this, it is important to understand product thinking.

Define the user journey before you define the feature.

1. Who is the user? — How would you classify this group of people? What do they care about? What are their habits?
