Art is confrontation. It widens the audience’s reality, allowing them to glimpse life through a different window. One with the potential for a glorious new view.

Artists make change happen. Artists are humans who do generous work that might not work. Artists aren’t limited to paint or museums.

It is not an overstatement, I believe, to declare that the artist's role is to lead the human race back to Eden.
