‘Being present’ is a state in which you feel yourself being organized by the present: being informed by it, touched by it, moved by it, filled with it—guided by the sensitivity of a seamless whole that holds you in its embrace at every moment. Presence is who you are underneath all the conditioning, armoring, beliefs, and identities that you carry. You are the experiencer, pure and simple.
That is how an awakened being lives in the “now.” They are present, life is present, and the wholeness of life is passing through them.
