Well, schemas (again, for the purpose of my definition) are mental structures that provide us with a way to organize and derive meaning from our experiences. They are ways we apply our knowledge and assumptions. And they are the core of perception.

Appreciation is the Romantic style's currency—the intrinsic need of the Romantic community. Romantics are happy to self-sacrifice
energized, and inspired to introduce new and different products/services.
Experts tend to avoid or minimize risk, whereas Masterminds embrace it. Experts learn by research and want to avoid chaos, whereas Masterminds often learn by trial and error and are comfortable in—even relish—chaos.
Experts' intrinsic need is security. They like things to be reliable and consistent and revel in the feeling that things are as they should be.
CTL stands for crap tolerance level. Romantics have a huge CTL container but a very small spoon for emptying it.
