introverts have a very powerful skill. They can listen. It doesn’t take a lot to ask a person to lunch. You send an email. And then you listen. Soon, you will have listened to everyone. And they are all happy to talk to you. You will know their problems. You will know how you can help them, and you will. That’s how you become indispensable.
