Those who believe, do good deeds, attend to their prayers and engage in almsgiving, shall be rewarded by their Lord and shall have no fear, nor shall they grieve.

Let not the believers take those who deny the truth for their allies in preference to the believersc—anyone who does that will isolate himself completely from God—unless it be to protect yourselves against them in this way.a

if they desist, then lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 193 And fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah. But if they desist, then let there be no hostility except against wrong-doers.

He makes plain His revelations to men of understanding.

Believers, if you fear God, He will grant you the ability to discriminate between right and wrong, and will forgive you your sins: for God is limitless in His great bounty.a
