Now, when I am around someone who happens to be in a moment of incoherent, or Dark Heart energy, I know the most powerful thing to do is to go in, not out. What I mean by that is I intentionally come into my heart even more, getting myself even more coherent. My coherence often makes them more coherent!
“Never miss an opportunity to serve” means to always follow your heart’s prompting for the kind, the loving, the caring thing to do.
The wise ancients across the world and centuries knew something that can greatly benefit modern society: that our hearts are a central point of profound power and intelligence. Our hearts are more than we think they are. And they have a lot to teach us.
Does a thought or a decision bring you peace? If so, it will be from the heart. Not every decision is going to feel good, but there will be a sense of peace. Sometimes there is a sense of pain, grief, or loss along with the peace, but underlying peace will be there, always.
