If we’d take a minute every so often to do a FREEZE-FRAME and engage the power of the heart, we could make energy adjustments moment by moment that would reduce the effects of overload.
FREEZE-FRAME allows a spontaneous entrainment or coherence to naturally emerge, thus bypassing any need for cognitive control of breathing. The mind gets out of the way instead of driving the breathing process. This not only feels good but is easy to sustain.

That’s because appreciation is highly magnetic and energizing. Generally, appreciation means some blend of thankfulness, admiration, approval, and gratitude.
