marketing can feel like a creative art project. Marketing doesn’t have to be dull and soul-sucking. It can be artistic. It can be meaningful. It can be beautiful. It can also be silly, delightful, enchanting, and highly entertaining.
there anything you could remove from your list and save for another day? Is there anything you could delegate? Anything you could cancel? Is there any way you could make your day a little easier for yourself? Make some adjustments.
It takes time for new habits to settle into place. Give this some time. See how it feels to create a Daily Checklist for ten, fifteen, or twenty days in a row. Is this new habit making your life easier? Calmer? Happier? Do you feel more focused? Do you feel prouder of yourself at the end of each day? What changes do you notice?
Overall, I feel it’s much better to put fewer items on your checklist, and then feel pleasantly surprised by how much you completed, rather than putting tons and tonnnnnnns of items on your checklist, and then feeling miserable that you didn’t finish everything.
Exercise is a privilege. To have a human body. To have the ability to breathe, sweat, and move. To be alive. All of this is a privilege. Many people view exercise as a tedious chore—something to grimly suffer through. But it’s not a chore. It’s a privilege and a celebration of what your amazing body can

Things are moving in the right direction.
This creates more free time for spontaneous experiences—like spontaneously texting a friend and saying, “I’m heading to the beach right now—want to meet me there?”
Nowadays, I carry a clipboard and pen with me whenever I go to the gym. I check things off my Workout Checklist as I’m going along. By the end of my workout session, I’m covered in sweat—and my list is covered in checkmarks! Victory!
