In this contemplation, you are invited to imagine yourself at your own memorial service. Expand your own vision of what your life could be like at its absolute zenith. Listen to the things that people say about you and your life, both publicly and privately.
You might imagine you have three bands to diagnose — physical body, emotional wellbeing, mental state, and your intuition gives each one a score between 1 and 10.
Another important thing around food is to be wary of eating when we are not hungry.
This contemplation is simply about bringing awareness to your breathing. The more frequently you pause and become aware of your breath, the more peaceful and balanced you will feel. See how often you can remember to pause. Note the relationship between pausing, breathing and your general state over the course of a day.
The summer months tend to be when we most need the practice of contemplation. We are often very busy and active which means we pause less.
