Brad Swartz Architects and Studio Henry Wilson have transformed a modest rear lane parking space in Sydney into a luminous laneway home. This innovative urban infill design balances light, privacy, and a pared-back aesthetic, reflecting the minimalist sensibilities of its industrial designer occupant.
