When your body’s base particles, the cells, cease their endless cycle, it is ready to return to the earth. But the spirit remains, a while. When the spirit’s tides and memory grow distant and it is also light with peace, it is stripped to its own base particle—soul—and returns to that great sea of life. And somewhere, someday, a being is born.
In this lifetime, how would you feel if you didn’t choose it? When it’s ending, would you regret never having discovered what was on the other side of it? Not having tried? In this lifetime, how would you feel if you did? When it’s ending, will you wish that you’d done something different?
When you are honest, and humble, you will know. When you are truthful, and reverent, you will see. And when you learn, commune, and live well, you will understand.
People grow and they know pain, and they forget how to feel. People come to believe they have heard everything, and forget how to listen. They forget how to look, and really
Don’t build worldviews on faith. Know the truth. Don’t go having faith in yourself. Know yourself. Don’t just believe in others. Know others.
Rootedness is a state of being to envelop yourself in. It is a way to become you. Again. Always. So, root yourself. Become.
Delve into who you are, and who you can be. Into things as they are, and how they could be. And you’ll always be ready for what’s to come, because you’ll always carry the truth of what is. ~
So, don’t accept that because something is dark or difficult, or scary and complex, that it therefore must be escaped. Watch it and see what says. Test the waters, and swim if it’s right. Dive into it, and retrieve what shines. Because sometimes the vulnerable truth is the greatest truth of all.
