Had to Journal 4pages as my head hurts+ extremely groggy
Did breathwork
After that I did self control it was already 1pm. Really unhappy that it took 1hr at then started as I had a lot to do
Started wishfulfilled at 1:30pm -2;00pm with cash exercise
