- If I told you that 100% of top performers have one thing in common, you’d probably want to know what that one thing is right? 100% of top performers have one thing in common. They all got the job. And so, in order to change who gets the job, we must focus on who makes it into the room in the first place.

- What if, instead of seeing jobs as solid, immovable bricks, we saw them as temporary groupings of different skills? Skills that overlap and can be found inside other jobs, and hobbies and life experience. Would you think about your next hire, differently?

- Not only does a hiring approach stuck in the past lead to the extreme lack of diversity we see in so many companies today, it also fails to take into account the way candidates see their own career.
