Hi everyone,
I have been put in charge of a middle school girls team that has 17 members. They are all pretty low skill so we are starting from the basics. Does anyone have drills/things I can do to facilitate these many players during our practice time?

I suggest teaching them the basics by throwing the ball high up and let them create a platform for the ball to land on, this will improve their predictions and be conscious about how their form is right.

Let them know about the proper form of setting, and be strict with it too, give them a partner of make them group up with 5 in a circle... See more
