Psychological projection
Psychological projection
Projection - algorithmic echo chambers, the need for touch points of differing views and opinions - a broader perspective allows for more accurate conclusions
Psychological projection
An attempt to bypass moral integrity, rationalize bad behavior
Psychological projection
Understanding your sense of responsibility vs others - “you made me do it” is not valid
Psychological projection
Reflection - We view ourselves through our place in the world - our relationships, circumstances, how we interact in the world - without a firm sense of self we can take on others projections as our identity because we dont recognize them as projections. The best defense is a good offense - establishing a resounding sense of self via self reflection, shadow work, self awareness, boundaries, integration, etc. When we know ourselves fully we’re able to deflect projections easily - like a stranger on the street telling you you’re stupid - there is no context for that conclusion
