For every project, answer the following questions to determine the project strategy: Why? Why are we undertaking this work? What purpose does it serve? Who? Whose approval is required? Who needs to be involved in the work? Who are we reaching? What? What are we really trying to accomplish with this project? (No consultant-speak. Be very concrete.)
