-DAO tooling is all about making it easier for humans to collaborate online. Human Resources traditionally exists to have tough conversations with employees. Zach is hoping this gets decentralized and we can create tools where we aren't looking for arbiters.

-People are more satisfied with their job when they know the process on how they are compensated and how their work is valued. 

-Zach trying to design systems where people are compensated based on their value to the DAO and can meet their needs. One way paying people say a base salary and then rewarding people in native tokens for work above and beyond. Chase agrees with this kind of model.
