The Head of Design At Airbnb printed out 3 questions for designers at Airbnb to answer:
1) Does it work?
2) Does it scale?
3) Are you proud of it?
If the answer to #3 isn’t a resounding “yes” then they won’t ship (even if metrics suggest you should)

Design is hope made visible.
