There is a lot of effort and strategy that goes into ‘reaching the unreachable.’ The two most important things to remember are putting yourself in the shoes of your prospect and that conventional methods of outreach will yield conventional results. First impressions are very important, so don’t let your outreach be “just another email.”
Although I would not make use of it in the particular instance, one great tip I got from my friend Craig Morantz, CEO at Kira Talent, is whenever faced with an objection follow up with a question like “Under what circumstances would you say yes?” The success I’ve had from posing this simple question has been astounding.
