As I’ve worked on myself and become more in tune with my core, I’ve also become more sensitive to other people’s energy. That’s why I now make a conscious decision to be around fun, uplifting, bright, light, positive people, because negativity is contagious and will hook you in.

It can be a bit of a pain writing a book. It’s a lot of time, energy and effort. Financially, I could invest my time in projects that are far more cost-effective. But as I always say, your core purpose shouldn’t be all about profit.
