Energy can be neither created nor destroyed. However, energy can change forms, and energy can flow from one place to another. That is the gift we are each given.

I have learned that having faith in the outcome is quite different from being attached to the outcome, and I learned the hard way that you have to be careful about what it is exactly that you want to manifest.

I realized that this was how I judged myself. I was poor. My father was an alcoholic. But I wasn’t broken.

just because something is broken doesn’t mean everything is broken.

Only later did I realize that many people will help if they are just asked.
