How to Be Filled with the Holy Spirit

Far too often we are doing ministry with human wisdom and the gifts and abilities God has given us, but without this supernatural empowerment that comes from being filled and walking in the fullness of the Spirit. Often we rely on our gifting, but not on the fresh filling of the Spirit. Sadly, it shows in the results.
