Whenever we are deeply open to allowing our inner reality to manifest, then we may be blessed by the rewards of surrender. To reach into, and gradually learn to live from, this source of eternal renewal is the goal of any spiritual path.

To be surrendered means to have no strong emotion about a thing: “It’s okay if it happens, and it’s okay if it doesn’t.” When we are free, there is a letting go of attachments. We can enjoy a thing, but we don’t need it for our happiness.
