This is definitely a hard topic to solve effectively. Builders (all role-encompassing) in DAOs need to be compensated transparently, fairly, above trad-market rates (to account for the increased risk). All while ensuring mid-long term builder<>community alignment. a/ 🧵

-Zach trying to design systems where people are compensated based on their value to the DAO and can meet their needs. One way paying people say a base salary and then rewarding people in native tokens for work above and beyond. Chase agrees with this kind of model. 

A second track would compensate contributors consistently across months based on a combination of their level of commitment to the DAO (measured in time, effort, priority, etc.) over a given period and the amount of value they expect to create over that period.
