Effortless Being

Be easy, enjoy, delight. You can never not be infinite, timeless, ever-present being.

as limited, separate human beings who cease to exist when the body dies, this human experience will be very fearful and chaotic. Even love, from the vantage point of the human mind, is an intense ride that can be both extremely joyful and extremely painful.

What many who have come to know their true nature will say is that limitation or separation is the way in which infinite being can know itself. Infinite being is neutral, and by limiting itself there is the potential for experience. The more it limits itself, the more intense the experience gets.

One meaning of the word "understand” is to “stand under one’s authority.” This is what we do when we consent to the invitations of the mind—we give it authority, and in return our experience reflects what we’ve consented to.

That which is perceived says nothing about the awareness perceiving it.

If you look into the eyes of infants, you can see that they are operating from the body of bliss. When they start to notice forms and sensations, they venture into the body of wisdom where everything arises equally and effortlessly.

Finally, anadamaya kosha, or the body of bliss, is the thinnest of all the filters. Because infinite being is attributeless, the body of bliss is almost attributeless, except for a pure and subtle quality of bliss.
