You may also feel compassionate towards yourself when you are hurting; this compassion helps.

In Essence, there is no such thing as commitment. There’s just being. When you are your essence, you are not committed to yourself; you are yourself.

The more you feel Essence, the less you feel emotions. You will still have sensations, which will be deeper and stronger than before, but your emotions will not be deeper and stronger.

When you relate to someone in a deep way, you fill your holes with the other person.

You find your truth and use whatever will you’ve got to live according to that. It’s not just going to happen. You have to take the responsibility to actualize the truth.

We can see our suffering as noble if it is part of our movement toward our essential selves, toward the truth.
