Too often when we take on a task—planning an event, designing a product, or leading an initiative—we draw only on the ideas we have access to right in that moment.

At the inception of any project I ask myself, “What is the concept?”

Ready to have a go at creating a concept diagram of your own? You can use a timer for this if you wish, but you might find it easier to go with the flow.
