And try to avoid what I call ‘junk caffeine’ – the fat bombs and adult-sized big-belly drinks like frappucinos and lattes with syrupy shots of flavour like vanilla. Stick to good-quality coffee with a little full-fat milk or cream and don’t add sugar. If you need flavour, just add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
