Carl Jung - We cannot change anything until we accept it....

Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel is by becoming aware of our inner experience and learning to befriend what is going on inside ourselves.

Acceptance is the path to creativity, in fact, it is creativity. Until you accept, nothing new can be; you will have only the past. If you want a new world, accept the world as it is. If you want a wholly new world, accept it wholly.

the only way we can change is to be real with ourselves.

“No one who has undergone the process of assimilating the unconscious,” Jung wrote, “will deny that it gripped his very vitals and changed him.”

Buddhism teaches us to recognize these cycles of impermanence and have the courage to accept them.
