Artist statement 1-14-25

Combining mediums has always been of great interest to me. Experimentation to see how different mediums can interact and work together visually. In my practice I am interested in how illustration, printmaking, and embroidery, and animation/experimental film can work together to convey visual narrative and interesting themes.

noticed this platform from mickey galvin’s “bitterness as a crutch” youtube video. it reminds me a lot of are.na, which is my favorite platform to use to curate my own online world that help draw out my muse, my perspective, and expose me to new ideas.
