I have found this with drinking though! If I need to do invoices and work admin in the evening, I tend to want to reward myself with alcohol, which isn’t particularly healthy.
When changing your habits means challenging the tribe, change is unattractive. When changing your habits means fitting in with the tribe, change is very attractive.
