doing things from a spirit of service. I believe most people have a natural desire within them to serve others. They want to teach, to mentor, to help, to contribute. The desire to give back is a fundamental part of what makes us human.
begins from the recognition that human beings share certain fundamental characteristics: • They have an innate desire to grow and improve. • They are social and benefit from opportunities to engage with and learn from one another. • They derive a sense of meaning and purpose from contributing to something larger than themselves.
A monumental question for leaders in any organization to consider is: How much greatness are we willing to grant people? Because it makes all the difference at every level who it is we decide we are leading.
