2040年代，中国有4.7亿老人，哪怕平均每人每月国家给3000块（基本养老医疗），一年就是17万亿，17万亿啥概念？2023年中央地方公共预算收入加一块儿才刚过20万亿，钱都用来养老，还干不干别的了？但如果中央给400万公安武警每人每年发10万，每年才需要4000亿。国家用4000亿就能干成的事儿，为啥要花17万亿？真是岂有此理。
