Wow. I spend a fair amount of time during my day doing this both inside and outside of “work hours.” I find that it has helped me tremendously; however, I feel guilty doing it. It’s not a large amount of time and it is extremely beneficial, it is good to have substantiation in why it has been helpful for me.
