For one week I documented every activity that I did each day. I did this in efforts to understand better how I was using my time. Whenever I’m on my phone, I feel like time moves at hyperspeed and it’s easy for me to lose track of how long I’ve been using it. It’s like the casino effect. There’s no windows on my phone!
