Strengths assessment. Draw a line down the center of a piece of paper. List strengths on one
• What are your goals for yourself? What steps are you taking to achieve them?
• When are you most energized at work? How can you do more of that?
• On a scale of one to ten, how challenged do you feel? How challenged would you like to feel?
From there, I have a few go-to questions that I have found create reliably engaging discourse:
• What's your connection to [insert current place or event]?
• What are you most excited about currently?
• What's lighting you up outside of work?
