It’s far simpler to say what is there, in the moment. Even, and especially, if you think your voice might shake when you say it. Then you know it’s really important.

the game of 200% – a game based on full and complete responsibility for everything that happens in life, responding not reacting, and finding the silver lining in everything.

Now, where you clearly cannot or do not wish to change or leave a situation you find intolerable, the third and only option left to you is full and complete acceptance.

The grass is not greener on the other side of the fence. When you cross that fence, you’ll still have the same head. You’ll still have your tendency to judge, to compare, to take for granted, to not actively appreciate or give, to look at what else is on offer.

In writing this book I found many very cool quotes that said everything I wanted to say, only in fewer, sweeter words. It became obvious that there were people living thousands of years ago who embodied everything that I wanted to say in this book. Ha!

Choose to be open to anything at all happening, to hold nothing fixed, to hold no certainty except that magic is a possibility. And that possibility is magic.

What’s more, all the choices I’ve detailed in this book? They are all fulfilled when you return to Zero. Everything – a choice for peace, to own a conscious, accepting, appreciative, bold, loving, giving and present life is all contained within the one choice to be Zero.
