fashioningtheselfinstagram.comThe vast majority of Africa was never colonized, and since WW2 the continent has received the equivalent of *five* Marshall Plans (it only required one to rebuild all of Europe), and yet they still can't build a bridge.
It's time to be honest about this. The problem is Africans.
