I wake up and stare for a bit, make my bed, make a cup of tea, egg, toast, watch this morning with mum
In the evening I have a cigarette before I go to bed— I get changed, take all my jewellery off and read till I’m drifting off. I move my pillow so it’s at my chest and I have my cuddly toy under my nose.
we treat internal notes like embarrassing drafts instead of small maps. start saving one line to read later. it helps.
