A good leader must be a great role model!

As a leader, your job is to model the right behaviors. People pay attention to how you talk, the decisions you make, and most of all, how you treat other people—especially strangers.

If you want to be a great role model, you must master these skills:

1. Learn to control your anger, especially in public.

Losing your job might not be a bad thing.

Many of you were recently laid off, had your job offer revoked, or denied a new career opportunity due to the ongoing pandemic.

You might feel rejected, anxious, or upset.

With such negative emotions, losing your job is undoubtedly a bad thing. Right?

To our brains, a million, billion, and trillion all seem like large, vague numbers.

- your salary

- how “busy you were”

- how many hours you worked

people will remember:

Be patient.
