Algorithmic — The value and supply of algorithmic stablecoins are controlled by code. If the demand for the coin starts to increase rapidly, the protocol automatically creates more coins to bring the price down. If the value drops too low, some of the supply is burned to bring the price back up.

-DAO tooling is all about making it easier for humans to collaborate online. Human Resources traditionally exists to have tough conversations with employees. Zach is hoping this gets decentralized and we can create tools where we aren't looking for arbiters.

-Most atomize compensation by role and piece work. Perhaps a third way where something like core contributors have a base role and then are rewarded for extra work. Compensation can be hard to pin down for roles like business development or strategy.

-Aligned incentives have a big role in the success of DAOs along with giving people power over their work or having a piece of ownership. It can also serve as a personal expression about what you care about.
