Zen response: Everyone has five minutes. Meditation actually gives you more time by sharpening your focus and boosting productivity. Remember the Zen proverb:
“You should sit in meditation for twenty minutes every day—unless you're too busy. Then you should sit for an hour.”
Purpose, as it turns out, isn't static. It isn't something you discover once and then carry around, unchanged. Rather, it’s something you must actively renew and reconnect with, moment to moment.
