“The Void”
An intentional period of time per day that you are scree-free. When you enter the void, you are allowing yourself to be bored, your mind to wander, to enter flow state. It may be uncomfortable at first, but over time, becomes a reprieve. It is therapeutic, cathartic, resetting. You come out of it feeling fresher and more alive.
Boredom is a lost art.
