I recently wrote about “existential burnout” which isn’t just “I’m tired from over-working” — it’s something much bigger and deeper, affecting a huge proportion of society because so many factors just simply aren’t working. We are going through massive change post-pandemic, and many people aren’t able to work and “produce” in the same way.
