the biggest trap for so many ppl is mistaking user requests for product direction. what users say they want is often a proxy for some deeper frustration or aspiration. most founders either over index on feedback (“build everything they ask for”) or ignore it entirely (“i know better”). both are cop outs.

1. understands your mess (context)
2. actually does things (action)
3. learns from every tap (feedback)
4. makes you feel less dumb (emotion)
